Personality Psychology, Educational Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology, and Social Psychology

Researchers associated with this cluster work on a range of topics connected to how individuals function and perform, and how they connect together, across a range of social systems and settings (e.g., schools, organizations and workplaces, communities and society). Current focal topics include: personality and individual differences; economic decision-making and ethical behaviour; self and social identity; marginalisation and devaluation; motivation, stress and coping; life transitions and organisational change; learning, instructional design and evaluation.

Our research is both theoretical and applied, and spans multiple methodological perspectives, including qualitative and quantitative research in laboratory and field settings, as well as the use of new technologies (e.g., virtual reality) and digital applications.

Head of Cluster: Professor Ingo Zettler.
