Antibiotic resistance

This project focuses on a big issue for the 17 Sustainable Development Goals created by the WHO. These goals were established as milestones for what our society needs to be focusing on for developing a sustainable future for all. A big issue that can put a lot of these goals on hold, or take them back significantly is Microbial Resistance to Antibiotics.
This problem suffers from lack of public attention, possibly due to the complicated nature of the problem, a lot of 'medical jargon' surrounding it, but also a lot of other problems that seem 'bigger' in the public eye. However, unfortunately, this is one of those problems that grew to very dangerous levels behind the scenes, and we really should be focusing on the resistance problems before it is too late.

The resistance crisis could potentially lead to the lack of antibiotics for even the simplest of infections, and even a small cut on your finger could have very severe consequences if we allow this to continue.
Our project is intended at educating the public and helping them understand why they should treat this issue as their own. We intend to do that by developing a game-like simulation, where participants get to identify the main drivers of the resistance problem up close.
