Research Group for Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology
The research and teaching in the Research Group for Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology are concerned with the relations between individuals and their work context, with a special focus on the harmonious development of well-being and performance among people, groups, and organizations.

We conduct research using both quantitative (e.g., questionnaire-based survey studies, register-based studies) and qualitative methods (e.g., participatory observation and interviews).
